We are a certified remodeler from NARI and have remodeled numerous single family and multi-family residences across WNC.

We support local, BIPOC, and women-owned businesses, including trades, attorneys, mortgage officers, inspectors, etc.

We know financing options, how to cost-effectively renovate, and where to maximize return on investment.

We also help home buyers and sellers by offering our phd model: a no-cash-upfront renovation model where we are paid back at the closing or refinancing table and thus: no initial cost and with a higher return.

Our field team has years of real estate experience, and advanced studies in urban planning, social justice, and quantitative statistics. One of our brokers also teaches real estate courses to hundreds of agents across the state.

We charge adaptable commission fees/rates for our real estate services. If you are listing a home at market value in a highly desirable location during a seller’s market, we don’t believe you should pay the common 3% listing commission.  We believe in fairness. 

For selling your home, our marketing team has substantial experience in video marketing, digital marketing, staging, photography, 3D/virtual tours, and rendering. 

For buying a home, we go beyond watching houses hit the market, opening doors, and assisting transactions. These extra mile services include our off market and neighborhood strategies. We also often include our renovation team for inspections and renovation/repair estimates before going under contract.

We strive to be a trusted and reliable real estate investment partner in the high growth WNC market and a portfolio that brings our investors on average a 77% targeted internal rate of return (IRR). Yes, that’s not a typo.

We target single-family real estate investments that are on or off market in WNC, generally Buncombe and Haywood county.  We identify value-added opportunities, such as presale renovations, flips, BRRRS, etc. while recognizing and controlling as much possible risk in an upfront approach to mitigate potential threats in cash flow so investors can continue to grow their wealth. 

We find off market deals and with our renovation and real estate team ready, we streamline the acquisition and value-added process
